HELP THE CLUB LAND SOME NEW SPONSORS
FOR 2009/10 SEASON

As it stands, the Peninsula Surfriders Club has positions available for members to offer to connected companys who may be interested in sponsoring our non-profit club. This year we plan on focusing more heavily on supporting our sponsors and looking after their interests, but with such a young and relatively lowly-networked committee we have basically exhausted all our potential links. Please download a letter and adjust it before forwarding it to a company who may be interested. There is also a booklet which can be printed off, or burnt to cd to present to prospective sponsors.

If you don't personally know anyone who wants to be involved with supporting our club, please take the time to ask family and friends for ideas also. We will of course make sure there is not a clutter of sponsors supporting the club, but the more the better at the moment - as we have year long and long-term goals of junior development and membership building that need to be financed.

With the current low sponsor numbers, a unique opportunity exists for organisations to be closely involved with the surfing culture and a community based club - please make the effort to approach companys who may be able to help and want to grasp this opportunity!

NOTE:
We are hoping to know all sponsorship movements - ASAP - 1 week prior to November so we can organise signage, etc for the 1st club comp on Nov 7th.

Note:
It will look better if you can 'type in' the prospective sponsors name and details on letter so either edit it in Acrobat or Word then print off or email to the desired business. Failing that email Lachy with the details to peninsulasc@hotmail.com
